Peach Toys Gonzo Nurse's Thousand Earthworms (Hard) is the firm-material variant of the Thousand Earthworms series. The internal canal is densely packed with small, raised nubs (the "thousand earthworms" of the name), and the Hard material keeps those nubs from compressing under pressure — so the stimulation reads as more pronounced and tactile than the standard version.
